About the Event

BactiVac's 5th Annual Network Meeting 2024 will be hosted in collaboration with The Oxford University Clinical Research Unit (OUCRU) at the Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on 04 – 07 November 2024. OUCRU delivers internationally recognised research, and BactiVac is honoured to be working with them for the delivery of our 5th Annual Network Meeting.

Delegates will have opportunities to hear from internationally renowned speakers and broaden connections within our membership. Please note this event will be in-person only.

The meeting is open to BactiVac members only - you can apply for free membership here. Bookings are subject to availability, and registration will close when all places have been filled, after which a waiting list will be in operation. The meeting programme will be shared on our website in due course.

5th Annual Network Meeting will include:

  • three-day scientific programme
  • networking sessions
  • poster session

Additional opportunities for members:

  • A travel bursary scheme is available (via a competitive application process)
  • Abstract submissions for poster presentations are welcome. A limited number of successful abstracts will also be chosen for oral presentation. To submit an abstract please complete the Abstract Application Form by 21 April 2024, 23:59 hrs UK time. All applicants applying for a Travel Bursary must also submit an abstract.
