Biography
I am a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine by profession with a specialty in Applied Immunology and
industrial background in Biotechnology and its application in Veterinary Vaccinology on a commercial/
industrial scale; now focused on the application of the “ISCOM” concept in applied immunology and its
utilization in veterinary vaccinology, primarily concerning the development of “subunit vaccines” against
“unicellular, obligate intracellular, hemotropic pathogens” of the phylum Apicomplexa and family
Rickettsiaceae that cause infectious diseases in livestock as well as companion animals.
