Dr. Montoya-Diaz Eduardo is a postdoctoral Researcher of the Paul Ehrlich Institute at Germany. He trained as bacteriology, parasitology, chemistry at National School of Biological Sciences in Mexito city and was awared a Master degree in Genetics and Molecular Biology for a genetic study of the phosphorilation of dystrophin in the Duchenne disease. Furthermore, a Ph.D. degree in Immunology was assigned because of its research in autoimmunity field.
In 2014 he was appointed founding postdoctoral researcher of the Jenner Institute at Oxford, developing vaccine platforms for Malaria, Chagas, Chikungunya, and HPV diseases and obtaining research publications and the rights for the GMP manufacture and clinical trials.
Currently, his research projects are based on the induced immunity of different vaccine platforms against flavivirus.
