Am a graduate of Bachelor of Science Technology (Biology) of Kyambogo University and currently a postgraduate student of MSc. Zoology, I have research experience in a Molecular Biology Laboratory setting, laboratory research in the fields of Wildlife-Livestock interaction and Natural Resource Conservation. I am part of a vibrant research team doing research on African Swine Fever (ASF) for which am the research technician, our research interests currently include building the knowledge body and understanding of ASF, community participatory epidemiology and molecular characterization approaches to develop community-derived control strategies and genetic characteristics of the African swine fever virus.
