Brian is a founding partner at BRENTEC, an animal health solutions company with a difference, that’s dedicated to improving livelihoods in Africa by improving access to quality and affordable livestock vaccines to farmers on the continent. His background is in Biochemistry and Regulatory Sciences. He spearheaded the commercialisation and distribution of a Newcastle disease vaccine including setup of a BSL2 manufacturing site and development of a novel last mile distribution solution to poultry farmers. Additional research work revolves around evaluation of vaccines for suitability for zone IV climate regions with the goal of improving access to vaccines in the Africa.
