Biography

I am a goal-oriented, hardworking Veterinary Doctor specialized in Aquatic Animal Health and Pathology as well as an Early Career Scientist with focus in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, and Immunology. My research interests are thermotherapy as a disease control tool in aquaculture coupled with vaccine development against some of the fish pathogens

Research interests

My research area is particularly in diagnostics of fish diseases, mainly from bacteria and viruses and subsequent development of treatment plans and vaccines. Again, another interest is in finding and documenting novel disease findings in tropical aquatic species due to inadequate research, reporting and publications in these areas.
