I am a postgraduate student at the Department of Animal Science, University of Ibadan, Nigeria. I recently won a Coimbra Group Scholarship for Young Researchers from Sub-Saharan Africa at the University of Salamanca, Spain. I am an alumni of YALI RLC, West Africa. I have volunteered at different capacities for non governmental organizations such as; Women Trafficking and Child Labour Eradication Foundation in the past, and also a Student Ambassador for Gender Mainstreaming Office, University of Ibadan. I am an advocate of United Nations Sustainable Development Goals; I work on goal 1 and 2.
My area of research is: Animal Production and Health; Animal Production and Management; Parasitology; Natural Products
I am currently working on the use of medicinal plants to improve Animal Health and Productivity with a view to achieving One Health and Food Security.
