I hold my master degree in Medical mIcrobiology whrere I worked on the efficacy of the treatment of hepatitis C with new drugs: Direct Acting Antivirals (DAA), I shown how some mutations to a specific gene could be the reason to fail the treatment. Today in my PhD thesis, I am working Insecticide resistance of vector borne diseases especially on Anophles, vector of malaria. I would use various technique sus as RNAseq, transcriptomic to find out which genes are implicated in insecticide resistance.
