Biography
Visiting Professor at the Center of Agricultural Sciences of the Federal University of Paraíba. Dr. Souza is a veterinary researcher who specialises in bovine mastitis. Currently, he is the vice-president of Sao Paulo Buiatrics Association and the director member of the Brazilian Milk Quality Council (CBQL). He is one of the leader of the Veterinary Clinical Immunology Research Group where he leads a team of researchers looking to a better understanding of the bovine mammary gland immunology.
Research interests
Bovine mastitis, vaccine, mucosal immunity.
