Research interests

I have keen interest in:

Oncogenomic / Immunology

Infectious & tropical diseases

Bioinformatics

Antimicrobial resistance

Gene expression & genome editing

Phytomedicine

Mycology

Projects you're working on

I am currently working on antimicrobial resistance genes (AMR) in Staphylococcus aureus and Klebsiella pneumonia using qPCR for gene expression and genomic analysis datasets in NCBI- GEO Datasets as a Bioinformatics tool. In addition, I just concluded a research on the detection of bacteriocin genes from lactobacillus bacteria from Honey bees, using molecular techniques.
