I am a Ph.D. holder in virology, my main work in the field of veterinary diagnostic and research laboratories especially viral and zoonotic diseases with about 11 years of experience in the field, labs, consultation and training. I am experienced with different diagnostic techniques used in diagnosis and epidemiological surveys of animal wealth: field test and laboratory (serological ELISA, FAT, SNT, molecular biology diagnostics ; PCR, real-time PCR, iiPCR, Sanger sequencing techniques , viral isolation using different routes (cell cultures ECE, and lab animals), experienced with and trainer for basic bioinformatics tools and resources for data analysis and NGS with H3A and now a supervisor and system administrator for IBT and NGS courses with H3Abionet, I worked in different veterinary diagnostic facilities in addition to veterinary field practice. My home institution is Animal Health Research Institute (AHRI), ministry of Agriculture, Egypt, in the department of virology research as a virologist, I’m an international certified from IFBA, previously trained and participated in ASM 52 weeks biosafety in Egypt, and international participant of IFBA monitoring program, I worked as trainer and member of the technical committee, biosafety officer, quality assurance supervisor in the general administration of veterinary diagnostic laboratories with multiple tasks. My current position is as a veterinary diagnostic specialist at AVDL, MEWA, and KSA from January 2017. I work with passion, love my lab, and never stop learning and looking for learning more and more during my life journey.
