Biography
Olanrewaju Igah is a Nigerian born Doctor of Veterinary Medicine with M.Sc. in Veterinary Entomology. His major research interest is on zoonotic arboviruses through the concept of One Health approach to diseases detection, diagnosis and treatment. His recent work on Molecular detection of CCHFV in pastoralist cattle and arthropod vector was able to identify Rhipicephalus (Boophilus) spp. of ticks as a possible reservoir and vector of CCHFV in Nigeria.
Research interests
I am a Veterinary entomologist with research interest on Arboviruses and other neglected tropical diseases.
