My name is Soaad Eid , Assistant Researcher at veterinary serum and vaccine research institute In Foot and Mouth disease Virus Vaccine (FMDV) department.I obtained master degree from Cairo university, Veterinary medicine in Process development of Nano -Emulsion Foot and mouth disease Virus vaccine development. Iam experienced at Vaccine manufacturing especially Tissue culture based vaccine as I spent 8 years in FMDv vaccine production through Cell propagation from cryovial till roller system also propagation via Bioreactor systems , determining growth kinetics of BHK-21 cells ,Isloationg field viruses ,Determining M.O.I of virus also inactivation Kinetics .Development of different formula for blending is added value to Vaccine production. I am Working in Research and Development (R&D)  department of veterinary Vaccine in as Development of Egg-based vaccine and determination of HA ,HI, ED50 tests. During my career I have 2 years of experience in development of Egg- based vaccine .
