Since December 2012, I am working as Assistant Professor of Microbiology after completing my PhD Microbiology. My current institute is Department of Microbiology Government College University, Faisalabad Pakistan, it is one of the top ranked public sector universities in Pakistan and situated in the third largest city of Pakistan previously known as Lyallpur. My job tasks include research and teaching. My research interests are isolation, molecular characterization and antibiotic resistance profiling of pathogenic bacteria especially public health concerns. Currently my doctorate students are working on the characterization and molecular antibiotic resistance profiling of klebsiella pneumoniae and Acinetobacter baumannii. I also teach various undergraduate and postgraduate courses, In particular General Microbiology, Molecular Biology and Recombinant DNA technology. I believe in team work, organization, planning and execution.
