Biography
My name is Dr. Samra Akbar. I am a Pharm-D graduate and M-Phil Pharmaceutics from Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan, Pakistan. Currently, I am enrolled in PhD Pharmaceutics in BZU, Multan, Pakistan. I have done work on the development of efficient nanocarrier MgZnO, for the safe delivery of anticancer drug Paclitaxel to the target tumor cells. I have also worked on the development of composite for entrapment of Fagonia indica plant extract. I am teaching Pharmacy students at Allied College of Health sciences Multan, Pakistan. I have deep interest in immunology and to develop different vaccines against microorganisms to combat lethal diseases. Research interests
My interest is to develop safe and effective vaccines to combat different epidemiological diseases. Projects you're working on
Currently, I am working on the development of oral vaccines against bacteria with the aim to develop effective vaccines and to deliver vaccine via convenient route to increase patient compliance. Discipline
