From 2014-2018, I majored in Biotechnology in Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh city University of Science. I had gained experience in the Molecular Biology and Microbiology from the thesis related to protein expression and purification of a recombinant M-cell receptor during the time there. From 2019-2023, I switched my interest to Bioinformatics, finishing my Master program in Biotechnology also at University of Science with the project about building a model predicting the protein expression of E. coli K-12 MG1655 based on different machine learning models. From 2023 onwards, I am working on my PhD thesis on Epidemiology, virulence factors, antibiotic factors analysis of hemorrhage causing Aeromonas on catfish collected from the Mekong Delta.
