Biography
I'm a bioinformatics researcher at University of Science, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City. I’ve been studying on Bioinformatics since 2007 as a bachelor student and got my master degree in 2012 at University of Science, Vietnam national university, Ho Chi Minh city . My researches focus on i) analyzing gene sequences to optimize gene expressions; ii) whole genome sequencing and analyzing in bacteria; iii) epitope predicting and drug screening based on protein-ligand docking.
In 2008 and 2009, I joined in a Vietnam National project which developing vaccines for H5N1 influenza A virus. My duty was using bioinformatics tools for predicting epitope for protein Hemagglutinin and Neuraminidase of Influenza A virus. Research interests
Analyzing virus or bacteria genomes to find candidate antigens and developing vaccines for local crops and livestock. Discipline
