
Biography
Jonah Bonaventure Alidor is a forward-thinking, innovative, purpose-driven and result-oriented third-year Doctor of Pharmacy undergrad, with special interests in Industrial Pharmacy, Drug Discovery, Nanomedicine, Global Health, Antimicrobial Resistance, Research, and SDGs 3 & 4, and he's seeking exciting opportunities related to the same. He aspires to be at the forefront of pharmaceutical innovations, aiming to contribute to both research and practical healthcare solutions.
Known for his leadership qualities, he was appointed the pioneer National Chairperson of the Political Advocacy and Stakeholder Engagement Committee of PANS National and has served in various roles in BUK, including as a Senator in the Students' Representative Assembly and Pharmacy Parliament, IPSF LLO, and currently the Congress Leader of PANS BUK. In 2024, he was appointed the only student member of his Faculty’s Ad-hoc Committee on Entrepreneurship, Collaboration, and Linkages.
Alidor’s academic journey reflects excellence, discipline, and dedication, earning him multiple awards and recognitions, among others. In order to give back to society, he founded the HopeRx Foundation (a student-run non-profit organisation committed to empowering health & inspiring hope to underserved communities through education and healthcare advocacy).
