I am a professional with over a decade of project management experience in the aquaculture industry in Europe and the Americas. Currently, I work within the global research and development organization of BioMar as a senior scientist. I am excited to lead the company's research into fish/shrimp health allowing BioMar to launch innovative feed products and expand into new markets. I head up the BioMar R&D intellectual property team. I have recently returned from South America where I gained management experience and leadership skills heading product and technical service development for the region. I have research experience with vaccine development, functional feeds and nutrition for salmonids and warm water species
