Dr. Zaib-Ur-Rehman- Assistant Prof., Department of Poultry Science, PMAS-AAUR Dr. Zaib-Ur-Rehman was born in Toba Tek Singh. Dr. Zaib received B.Sc. (Hons) in Poultry Science in 2009, and M.Sc. (Hons) in Poultry Science at the University of Agriculture Faisalabad in 2009 and 2011, respectively. He earned PhD in 2019 from the Shanghai Veterinary Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. During his academic career, he won many awards like the Outstanding Graduate student award, 2019, by the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. “Outstanding International Student Scholarship” (2017-2018), awarded by the Chinese Scholarship Council. “Student of the Year” 2018, Awarded by Boehringer Ingelheim, Chinese Government Scholarship for PhD (2015-2019), “Silver Medal” in M.Sc. (Hons) Poultry Science (2009-11), “Merit scholarship” awarded by the University of Agriculture Faisalabad. His main area of interest is avian viral infections and nutritional immunology. He has published many articles in leading journals like Virology, Developmental & Comparative Immunology, Journal of Virology, Viruses, Oxidative Medicine and Cellular Longevity, Transboundary and Emerging Diseases, Cellular Physiology and Biochemistry, Veterinary Research, Veterinary Microbiology, Animal Production Science, Environmental Science and Pollution Research, Poultry Science, World's Poultry Science Journal. His impact factor is more than 100. He is a Full member of the World Society for Virology.
