Biography
I am interested in investigating neglected zoonotic emerging and re-emerging tropical infectious diseases in a one health context. My specific interest is in metagenomics, pathogen detection/discovery, molecular epidemiology and evolution aimed at identifying pathogen co-infection, potential cross-species transmission events and evolutionary selection pressure on pathogens.
Research interests
Zoonosis, evolution and diversification of emerging and re emerging infectious diseases' agents
