I am a veterinarian and have 29 years of work experience with the Department of Veterinary Services of Zimbabwe, and since 1994 I have been mostly based in a diagnostic laboratory and the central veterinary laboratory both within the Diagnostics and Research Branch. I was appointed OIE National Focal Point for Aquatic Animal Health since 2009. I completed my Masters Degree at the University of Edinbugh in the United Kingdom in 1994, and my first degree in Moscow in 1988. My interest in the workshop arises from that most laboratory tests are based on immunological responses and principles.
