Born in Zaria Nigeria to a Veterinary pathologist father and a school teacher mother, Dr Adewale Salako grew up with a keen interest in animal health. He studied Veterinary Medicine at the Prestigious Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Nigeria.

Dr Salako has spent all his working experience in poultry breeder farms where he is emassing vast field knowledge and experience in poultry breeder management. His interest in poultry vaccination spawned from this experience.
