I am a Senior Researcher at Central Laboratory for Evaluation of Veterinary Biologics (CLEVB) according to the ministerial decision number 1522/ 19 October 2013 and up till now. CLEVB is the only authorized lab to evaluate imported and locally produced veterinary vaccines in Egypt, and accredited according to ISO 17025 on 22 methods since 2006.My specific duties are: 1- Evaluation of inactivated viral poultry vaccines. 2- Applications of Serological test (ELISA, HA, SPA, HI, and AGPT). 3- Microbiological approaches. 4.Dealing and examination with SPF eggs to assure its freedom from some pathogens. 5.Dealing and application of ISO/17025 requirement. 6. Dealing and application of OIE, British Pharmacopoeia and Code of Federal Regulation as Lab references. 7.Writing and revision of research for publication . 8. Determination of Training needs. 9. Preparation for quaternary reports. 10. Follow up Lab equipment maintenance and performance. 11. Reading and Reporting test results in technical sheets.12. prepare and summerize Lab staff meetings .
