I was born 10 November 1969 in Hong, Adamawa state Nigeria. Obtained my first school leaving certificate in the from Hong and my General Certificate of Education GCE 1986. I went to University of Maiduguri and obtained my first degree Doctor of Veterinary Medicine 1996. Went to Ahmadu Bello University Zaria for my MSc 2006 and obtained PhD 2012. Fellowship College of Veterinary surgeon 2018. Appointment at the National Veterinary Research Institute Vom 2000. 

I rose to the rank assistant director research and heading a vaccine research department.
