My name is Mustapha Mohammad, i am an African, from the nothern part of Nigerian (Sokoto state). A veterirnarian by training, with masters in veterinary public health. currently am round up my PhD in veterinary public health with the Department of Vterinary Public Health and Preventive Medicine. Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto. My research interest is in rotavirus epidemiology and molecular characterisation in young domestic  animals in Sokoto state, Nigeria.

I work with the department of veterinary and pest control services, federal ministry of agriculture and rural development Sokoto. As part of our services, we carry out disease surveillance, abattoir meat inspection, transboundary surveillance and quarantine against animal diseases, annual mass vaccination of Contagious Bovine Pleuro-pneumonia, Peste des petit ruminante, Rabies etc.

I am 36 yeras old, i am married with 3 kids (6yrs, 4yrs and 8mths)

I have interest in research.
