My research focuses on the prevention and control of diseases in aquatic animals caused by viruses, bacteria, and microsporidian parasites, with a strong emphasis on translating vaccine development from the laboratory to practical applications for farmers. Additionally, I am interested in exploring RNA interference (RNAi) as an innovative tool for combating diseases in aquaculture.
