I did my masters in microbiology from the Jaipur National University in 2013 and qualified CSIR-UGC NET (Dec-2013). In 2014, I have gotten DST INSPIRE fellowship. Then I joined the Central University of Rajasthan as a Ph.D. student under the supervision of Dr VIjay Kumar Prajapati. Currently doing research in Parasitology mainly subunit vaccine designing against visceral leishmaniasis and their immunogenicity evaluation. We are using immunoinformatics approaches to designs the subunit vaccine which may have the ability to induce humoral and cell-mediated immune response. Further, we are synthesizing the vaccine protein construct and subjecting for the immunogenicity evaluation in the in vivo model. Secondly, I am searching for the antileishmanial drug using reprofiling approaches.
