Biography
I am an Assistant Professor of Veterinary Microbiology at the Institute of Agriculture and Animal Science (IAAS), Tribhuvan University (TU), Nepal.
I am actively engaged in teaching courses on Microbiology and Biotechnology to the students of Veterinary Medicine (BVSc & AH) in Nepal.
My research interests are Antimicrobial resistance (AMR) of pathogens (E.coli and Staphylococcus) responsible for clinical mastitis, epidemiology of
dog bites, rabies and anti-rabies vaccination, TB, one health and policy development.
Research interests
I am interested in the following:
1) FMD, Rabies and Influenza
2) Mastitis (E. coli and Staphylococcus)
3) Salmonella, Clostridium
4) Epidemiology of Zoonoses
5) AMR
