Biography
Born in Hohoe, in the Volta Region of Ghana. Had my Undergraduate Education at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana. Had my Postgraduate Education at the University of Reading, UK, and graduated with PhD in Microbiology (1996). Appointed lecturer (1998) at the University of Ghana. Joined University of Health and Allied Sciences since 2017.
Research interests
Vaccine development using molecular techniques
Main area of research on Respiratory Syncytial virus and Rotaviruses
Other areas include HIV, Hepatitis viruses, Arboviruses and zoonotic diseases (Rabies, etc)
