2024 UK-ICN Annual General Meeting
The annual general meeting aims to bring together researchers from all disciplines and themes across our membership to network and establish new collaborations. In contrast to previous annual meetings, the scientific sessions have been split via taxonomic grouping. In response to member feedback, dedicated flash talks sessions for all poster presenters have also been included.
Day 1: Tuesday 17th September 2024

Session 5: Delta- and Gamma-coronaviruses
Session 6: Vaccines and Therapeutics
Session 7: How does context affect intervention to control disease outbreaks? (Social sciences panel session)
Session 8: Flash talks for poster presentations
Session 9: What would we do to prevent a pandemic? (Interdisciplinary panel Session)
Abstract Submissions
Abstract submissions for oral, flash and poster presentations are open.
Submit the completed form to UK-ICN [at] liverpool [dot] ac [dot] uk before Friday 19th July 2024.
Registrations
Early Bird Registration until 16th June 2024
Full ticket: £135 and ECRs: £100
Late Registration between 16th June 2024 and 16th August 2024
Full ticket: £170 and ECRS: £130
All tickets include evening dinner at The Scotsman Hotel (Edinburgh City Centre) on 17th September 2024.
Coach transfer between Edinburgh City Centre and Easter Bush Campus will be available, from a collection/drop-off point on both days, with specific times to be confirmed. Accommodation not included.
