Fourth round of laboratory exchanges opens for applications

The International Veterinary Vaccinology Network is inviting members to apply for the next round of our laboratory exchange funds.

This will be the fourth round of laboratory exchanges for the Network since we launched, with 11 exchanges awarded in the previous funding calls.

Successful applicants will receive an award of up to £10,000 to facilitate the transfer of skills or experience between laboratories, and/or to allow specialised proof-of-concept work to take place. These funds can be spent on travel, accommodation and laboratory consumables for a visiting researcher to spend time in a hosting researcher's laboratory. 

The exchanges will be awarded competitively, with submitted applications reviewed by members of the IVVN Network Management Board. Applicants must be members of the IVVN, with an up-to-date member profile, and we particularly welcome applications from members who are Early Career Researchers and/or based in LMICs and/or female researchers. Either the visiting or hosting researcher must be based in the United Kingdom.
