This month we have details on how to register for our first scientific meeting which will be on the 26th and 27th March 2018 in the Ole Sereni Hotel, Nairobi. We have an exciting programme lined up, and we hope you will be able to attend. We also have information on the Veterinary Immunology Toolbox meeting held in August 2017, and details on the next workshop which will be on the 17th January 2018 in Stirling. The IVVN had a lot of fun showcasing the network to the public at the Roslin Institute's Doors Open Day on 14th October 2017.

We also have news, events, publications and funding opportunites from the wider community, including the African Livestock Symposium which will take place on the 11th and 12th January 2018 at the Roslin Institute, a NIHR Policy Research Programme Call on 'Epidemiology for Vaccinology' and recently published articles on areas of interest such as peste des petits ruminants, trypanosomiasis and the development of reagents to detect IL-17A in ruminants.
